We collect only the information necessary to process your booking: your name, WhatsApp number, number of travelers, travel date, and for city-to-city travel, passport images. We do not collect email addresses or payment card information.
Your information is used solely to confirm and manage your booking, contact you via WhatsApp, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Passport images uploaded for city-to-city travel bookings are stored securely outside the public web directory. They are accessible only to authorized EgGo Travel staff and are deleted after your trip is completed.
We use a single session cookie to maintain your language preference and booking session. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our servers employ SQL injection protection, XSS filtering, CSRF tokens, and other industry-standard security measures.
Booking records are retained for up to 2 years for accounting and legal purposes. Passport images are deleted within 90 days of your travel date.
You may request deletion or correction of your personal data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. We will respond within 5 business days.
